Chicken Stroganoff
I cooked this one the other night and it wasn't too bad. The chicken did end up a little bit dry cause I left it to cook 8hrs+. So from now on we're preparing this dish on the weekend when I can finish it up at 5-6 hrs. It reheated really well too!
I think I'm gonna try this one soon.

I guy I work with made that and let me try some of it....it was really good but he said it was a pain in the rear end to make.

The biggest pain was the most of the cheeses only come in blocks, so I put Craig to work shredding cheese. Mighty Yummy!!
